After using my Weber grill for about a year, I ran into a small issue with one of the parts and figured dealing with the warranty would be a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised. I went through weber.com, sent over the details and a few photos, and heard back quickly. They covered the part without giving me the runaround. Based on my experience, Weber really does stand behind their products, and that makes me feel even better about owning one.

I bought a grill from weber the price felt fair for what I got. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, like you could definitely find some random budget grill at a big box store, on sale, or even something used on Facebook Marketplace for less, but the quality feels a lot better. The materials seem solid, it heats up nicely, the lid doesn’t feel flimsy, and it just has that sturdy weber feel. I didn’t feel like I got ripped off or paid extra just for the name. The only thing I wasn’t super thrilled about was the shipping cost. It wasn’t outrageous, but it was kind of one of those charges where you see it at checkout and go, “eh, really?” Overall though, I’m happy with the grill.

This is how it should be. It took me less than an hour to get everything set up, the instructions were clear enough to follow, and all the parts were actually included. I really appreciate when a company gets the basics right and doesn’t make the customer chase down missing pieces or guess what to do

The grill I ordered from weber arrived in good shape and felt sturdy right out of the box, which is pretty much what I expected. The prices aren’t exactly the cheapest, but for me, and probably for plenty of other buyers, the trust in the brand makes it feel worth it. I’m giving it one star off because the shipping updates were a little slow, but overall I had a good experience and would order again.

They fixed my grill issue really fast, which I definitely appreciated. Everything seems to be working fine now, so no complaints there. I do wish they had explained a bit more about what caused the problem, but overall it was a good experience.

Just a heads up for anyone with this grill: my lid started having an issue after one season, so definitely keep an eye on yours. I filled out the warranty form, sent Weber a few pictures, and they shipped the replacement part quickly. It wasn’t much of a hassle, just took a few days. Glad they handled it, but I’d recommend checking things over before your warranty window becomes a problem.
